Booty boost and mobility: for more flexibility and buttocks of steal
This class is designed to shape your buttocks and give them volume. We will strengthen your lower body by combining muscle strengthening exercises with polyarticular and isolated exercises, a proper dose of cardio, and mobility exercises to improve your flexibility. This class will improve your strength, balance and agility.
About this organizer:
Masks are mandatory except during physical activity.
Please bring hand sanitizer, towel, water bottle, and floor mat if possible.
Wear appropriate sports clothes and shoes.
We will meet in front of the Decadium at the store.

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
