This workout alternates kicks and punches with cardiovascular and strength training exercises. The goal of the class is to let off steam and surpass oneself while having fun.
About this organizer:
Equipment is provided, but if you have gloves and hand wraps, bring them.
Wear sports clothes and bring your own water bottle.

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
