This class will be a safe and productive environment for all participants. There will be opportunities to increase and regress difficulty to allow all people to push themselves appropriately. The flow of a typical class will be: mobility warm-up, core stability exercises, and strength circuits. We will end each class with a fast paced conditioning session.

Make sure you have an appropriate training space available. Have a small meal a little while before your workout and make sure to be sipping water regularly through the day. It's always good to have a partner or spouse close by in case you need help.

How to cancel your registration

You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You can cancel your registration directly from the activity page on Community.
