Short on time? This 30-minute metabolic training will get you sweating in no time! There will be a 5-minute warm-up, followed by 30 minutes of alternating periods of aerobic movements with anaerobic movements to get the best out of your time. This is a bodyweight workout but feel free to incorporate equipment such as dumbbells or elastic bands.

Please have your water bottle, towels and exercise mat. Equipment is optional but feel free to grab a pair of dumbbells or elastic bands. Wear loose fitting clothes. Log into zoom via the link/ password sent prior to the session.

How to cancel your registration

You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You can cancel your registration directly from the activity page on Community.
