HIIT: Take your cardio to the next level!
Ready to take your cardio to another level? High-intensity interval training will improve your endurance, boost your metabolism and burn calories. We’ll alternate between periods of intense work and rest with a variety of exercises to get your heart rate pumping and the energy flowing.
About this organizer:
Have an exercise mat, a water bottle, and a towel.
Wear sports clothes and shoes.
Please connect 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
