This class is a 50-minute indoor cycling session that combines efforts at various intensities with specific cycling elements, such as cadence and pedal stroke. You can participate in this training session by using a stationary bike, traditional home trainer or smart trainer.
This activity will be offered in English and French.
Once you have registered, I will provide you with a link and instructions to access the virtual class. Please allow 15 minutes before the class for any technical setup!

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You will find the cancellation link IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
