Intense Tabata for all!
This class is designed with circuits of high-intensity cardiovascular and muscular exercises. A circuit includes 4 exercises that are performed one after the other without rest. Each exercise demands 20 seconds of effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. I supervise each participant so that they can execute the exercises properly, an important component in avoiding injuries. This is a truly complete fat burning workout!

How to cancel your registration:
