We start the class with a dynamic 5-minute warm-up. First, you will learn basic movements and boxing techniques, followed by a mix of drills, circuits and specific exercises. We will have a high-energy playlist of beats to keep everyone motivated and in an upbeat mood. We end the class with a 5-minute cooldown.
