First, we will start with a good warm-up. Then, we will go through a circuit in which we will have stations for high jumps, strength and agility exercises, as well as a fitness station. Our participants will have the opportunity to do the exercises in each station for a limited amount of time before moving on to the next station. Once everyone has completed each exercise, we will move on to specific basketball exercises. We will practice our skills such as throwing, dribbling and passing. We will end the training with stretching exercises.
You will be surrounded by an experienced team of coaches with an impressive resume in the field (university basketball, professional basketball, physical training at UQAM and more). You will have the chance to get advice from our team while improving your basketball skills, which will help you take your game to the next level!
We will meet in the Decadium.
Please wear appropriate sports clothing, including basketball shoes used only indoors. Make sure to have your water bottle or performance drink (Gatorade).
We are in the process of providing washable masks to all our participants as well as a training jersey.

How to cancel your registration
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
