Living Lotus: Flow yoga and Pilates fusion
Join Carole on Wednesdays as she guides you through a variety of Fusion Flows. These are dynamic classes combining Pilates exercises with strength based yoga sequences. Each week we focus on a different topic. You have the option to add small weights to your practice for additional strength building.
About this organizer:
Please wear comfortable clothes. You can bring 2 yoga blocks, as well as small hand and/ or ankle weights.

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
