Maintenance Hatha Flow
Slip into a mental oasis with a Hatha practice based on grounding and gratitude. This class can be a mid-morning refresher if you've already been up early and had a few Zoom meetings, or a smooth transition after you’ve just woken up. The focal point of the practice is your body/mind connection. We will move through easy, fluid transitions between asana, creating intuitive movement and balance.
About this organizer:
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for stretching and full range of movement - REMEMBER COMFORT COMES FIRST. You will need a yoga mat, any type of blocks for balance postures, bolsters or cushions and a blanket for meditation and Savasana.

All organizers are responsible for respecting and enforcing the health guidelines established by their local health authorities. Participants are asked to follow these guidelines so that everyone can have a fun and safe experience!
How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
