Metabolic Strength: Torch calories long after your workout!
This is a circuit-style class that will boost your cardiovascular fitness and overall strength for a full-body, high-energy and efficient workout that will elevate your metabolism for hours! You’ll move from exercise to exercise with minimal rest. This workout is ideal if you’re looking for results but are short on time.
About this organizer:
Have an exercise mat, water bottle, and a towel.
Bring weights: dumbbells, bands, household items (cans, water bottles, filled back pack, etc)
Wear sports clothes and shoes.
Please connect 10 minutes before the beginning of the class.

How to cancel your registration:
