Zumba is a dance fitness class created by Beto Perez during the 1990s. The choreography comes mainly from a variety of Latin dance styles (salsa, reggaeton, merengue...) with influences of hip-hop, African dance and Oriental dance.
It’s a total workout! Zumba combines all the elements of fitness: cardio exercises, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. It boosts your energy and gives you a serious dose of awesome each time you leave a class!
In a Zumba class, you dance, you have fun and you burn A LOT of calories!
Please wear comfortable clothes for dancing and have a glass or water bottle ready. Once you have registered, I will provide you with a link and instructions to access the virtual class.
How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry! You will find the cancellation link IN YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
