These yoga classes include flowing Vinyasa sequences in a slow, mindful practice suitable to all levels. Sun salutations warm us up and are used as transitions throughout class. By moving and breathing at a rhythmic pace, we focus the mind on our body and breath for a stress-relieving practice that helps stretch and strengthen too.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in. It is also recommended that you practice on a yoga mat in a quiet, private space where you can focus.

How to cancel your registration:
