This moderate intensity workout will work your overall stability, abdominal muscles, legs, strength and endurance to improve your mobility. The exercises performed simply require your body weight and a floor mat. The 45-minute session includes a specific theme (5min), activation (10min), exercise circuit (20min), stretching block (5min) and a review of the application of the exercises (5min).
In this class you will gain more specific running knowledge, improve your endurance, strength and stability of your lower limbs, as well as improve your overall coordination and propulsion. The goal of the course is to allow you to develop yourself with the necessary tools and support in a pleasant atmosphere for all!
