SWEAT in the Park
SWEAT in the Park is a variety fitness class that utilizes Bootcamp, HIIT, Kickboxing, and Strength Training techniques to give you a total body workout. You get to exercise outside with real life humans, safely! This class takes place in Georges Saint Pierre Park in NDG 3 times a week. We have a limit of 8 people per class so booking ahead is a must. Bring a mat and water bottle, we provide the weights.
