Tabata circuit with Corps En Feu
This interval training class is adapted to your current physical condition. Inspired by the Tabata formula, this circuit comprises different sections, each focusing on cardiovascular and muscular exercises. You will develop your strength, endurance and coordination.
About this organizer:
Please have a towel and water bottle near you. You will need dumbbells (3lbs to 5lbs) - water bottles could do the job !
This virtual class is a training program with designated breaks. However, if you need to take a break during the circuit, do so. You must have fun during your workout!

How to cancel your registration:
You can cancel your registration for an activity up to 24 hours before its start time with full reimbursement. If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not be reimbursed. Sorry!
