We will start stretching our bodies through seating postures. Then, we will build our flow with the natural movements of the body. We will transition through asanas and breathing exercises. To end the class, we will stand up and finish in a relaxing and soothing savasana.
In this class you will learn to connect with your breathing, relax, listen to your body, empower yourself, as well as build strength and flexibility. I will also play a calm and beautiful soothing music to help you get into your flow.
This activity will be offered in English.
