Yoga for the soul : a beginners paradise
Yoga for the soul is a specially designed class for beginners. This session will help you understand various aspects of yoga and how you can relate to them in your everyday life. Sessions include Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa along with breathing techniques and meditation.
If you don't know where to start or want to take it slow - this is the class for you!
About this organizer:
Please make sure you have enough space to practice safely and always listen to your body.
Have an exercise mat and a water bottle
Allow 15 minutes before the class for any technical configuration.

How to cancel your registration:
