This class is designed as an intermediate class but alternative exercises will be given for all levels. We will focus on overall body movement and connectedness. Rhythmic and coordinated movements are often at the center of these workouts. Dance and fluidity are also reflected through agility, creativity, endurance, flexibility, grace, power, strength and teamwork. But most importantly fun is always part of the workout!
