Booty boost and mobility: for more flexibility and buttocks of steal
This class is designed to shape your buttocks and give them volume. We will strengthen your lower body by combining muscle strengthening exercises with polyarticular and isolated exercises, a proper dose of cardio, and mobility exercises to improve your flexibility.
