Stimulate your smaller stability muscles and experience the joy of balancing on a giant ball in this dynamic class!
About this organizer:
I specialize in correcting movements and posture. Over the last 10 years, I have worked with people of all ages from teens to the elderlys as a personal trainer, as well as a group fitness, cardiocycle, and Pilates instructor. My classes include adaptive exercises based on each individual's performance and growth. It’s never too early or too late to exercise!
Training and certifications:
- 4 Stott Pilates/Merrithew certifications: Zen-Ga, Advanced Matwork, Injuries and Special Population, and Intensive Mat Plus.
- YMCA certifications: Individual Conditionning, Corrective Conditioning, FIT, Group Fitness and Cardiocycle, as well as over 30 workshops.
- Ongoing workshops for both Stott Pilates and YMCA
- Health Systems Group: Small Group Personal Training certification.
- CPR certified.
