High-intensity interval training (HIIT) engages all of the muscles in the body. You don’t need any equipment because the exercises use only your body weight. In 45 min, you’ll work your upper and lower body, as well as your cardio endurance. In this class, we give it our all! It’s a time to clear your head and just work at your own pace.
About this organizer:
I have been a health reporter for about 10 years and I became an athletic coach 5 years ago to encourage others to get active.
Whether you are in great shape, or dealing with a chronic illness, sport can help improve your overall health. So, practicing a regular physical activity is very important. I am passionate about communication and I love sharing information with others. My professional qualifications include:
