HIIT Training: getting in shape and energizing your day
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) engages all of the muscles in the body. You don’t need any equipment because the exercises use only your body weight. In 45 min, you’ll work your upper and lower body, as well as your cardio endurance. In this class, we give it our all! It’s a time to clear your head and just work at your own pace.
