M2move cross-training 30: Ultra-efficient intervals and circuits
The 30 minute classes are intense; you will feel the burn! Get ready to be hot and sweaty. You'll also be able to track your heart rate and calories burned in real time. The workouts are distributed throughout all M2move centers and supervised by the best trainers. You'll do circuits, high-intensity interval training, use weights, balls, elastics and more!
About this organizer:
Please wear appropriate sports clothes.
Water bottle and towel strongly recommended.
Heart rate monitor rental available (ask in advance via email or call M2move).
Equipment is disinfected between classes.
