Muay Thai: sport, self defense and fitness
Muay Thai is a martial art that is very physical. Practicing this sport will help develop your fitness level and your confidence. Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand, and has a very long history. In this class we will be doing cardio and conditioning exercises. The techniques covered will move from footwork to striking, as well as defensive techniques.

Please wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a bottle of water. More instructions will be provided once facilities in the province re-open.
