A challenging 45-minute ride that will develop endurance and power. You will conquer various terrains including hill climbs and fast flats by working with RPMs (rotations per minute), watts, and gears to push you for as long as you can go. The music is always different and inspiring! This class is suggested to intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
