Zen Cardio 2: Grounding mind and body warm-up
This is part 2 of the Zen Cardio class. This intensive warm-up consists of basic karate and Tai chi movements combined with specific breathing techniques to raise the chi and achieve a strong grounding of the mind and body. We end the class with a 5-minute meditation session to cultivate consciousness within us. You can register anytime but I strongly suggest registering for the full week for better results. Friendly atmosphere. This activity will be offered in French.

Please allow 15 minutes before the class for any technical setup.
Wear comfortable clothes or sportswear.
If possible, have a yoga mat and a cushion on the floor to meditate.
